A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price ensures your booking has been secured.
Your deposit represents agreement that you wish to have a bespoke piece created. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellations made by the client after 14 days of placing the order. The planning of your piece and scheduling of work begins at this point.
In the very unlikely event that I should need to cancel your order, your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
Final payment is to be received before, or on completion of the piece and prior to delivery. If payment of the balance has not been received within 7 days of being notified as completed and ready for dispatch, the items may be re-sold where possible or retained for display purposes.
For cancellations made within 14 days of placing the order and before work has commenced, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you wish to cancel during the creation of your piece or after the 14 day period the deposit will be retained.
Changes and alterations
Once you have received a photograph of your completed piece for approval, you have 4 days in which to inform me of any changes or alterations that you may require. After this time alterations cannot be made due to the curing process that is used to harden and ‘set’ the final piece.
If, after receiving a photograph of the piece for approval, you decide that you do not wish to request any alterations but that you do not wish to keep the item, your deposit will be retained. If you elected to have changes made but are not happy with the finished item after the alterations and decide that you do not wish to keep it, the deposit is retained.
Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of purchase. When redeeming vouchers, recipients will be purchasing from the price list valid at the time that the order is placed.
Delivery of your item
Bespoke items are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. These associated costs are included in the price that you are quoted.
In the unlikely event that products are damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with pictures of the damage and of the packaging and return them to me (at your cost). Once the damaged products have been received, they will be repaired or replaced at no further cost.
I retain copyright on all artwork I produce and I reserve the right to use images of pieces on my website, promotional media and various other products. I do not allow use of my artwork for any other business, profit or non-profit. If you would prefer not to have images displayed on my website or used in any other way, please state this upon ordering.
E-mails may be used as testimonials on my website with prior agreement. All customer details will be kept absolutely confidential. I do not sell information to third parties.
